Everywhere I turned today, the Stones were in the news.
Teaming up with the NFL and ABC, bashing Bush with lyrics (in a song not even released yet), "You call yourself a Christian, I call you a hypocrite/You call yourself a patriot, well I think you're full of s***," showing up in a Terminator reference in the Obscure Store, performing Wednesday for fans in Toronto, and finally as a correction issued in Yahoo by Reuters:
CAPTION CORRECTION - SIN93D WHICH MOVED AT ABOUT 0609 GMT, AUGUST 11, 2005 HAS THE NATIONALITY OF THE BAND ROLLING STONES AS FROM THE U.S. THEY ARE FROM BRITAIN. REUTERS APOLOGISES FOR THE ERROR.
